We currently deliver across Zimbabwe. Selected products may also be available for regional shipping – check product details for more info.


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 working days, depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible and secure payment options:

  • Bank Deposit/Transfer 🏦 (customer covers transaction fees)

5. How do I confirm payment?

If you pay via EcoCash, InnBucks, or Bank Deposit, please send us proof of payment (screenshot/receipt) along with your Order Number via WhatsApp/email. This helps us verify and process your order faster.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes – you can cancel before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible. For COD orders, repeated failed deliveries may result in restrictions to prepaid payments only.


7. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

No worries! If you receive the wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist with an exchange, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.


8. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis (wrong item, out-of-stock, etc.). Please allow 3–7 working days for refund processing, depending on your payment method.
